On 30th September day after the Mr.RAJAN announced the RBI POLICY
SOKHI TEAM entered a SIMPLE TRADE with ROI of 7%
We SOLD NIFTY 7400 PUT at 45-47 levels.
Premium we got was 18,400 approx on an Investment of 2,60,000 approx
An awesome returns of 7% with 30 days.
IMPORTANT MAGIC POINTS of this PERFECT TRADE to be noted :
** We getting a return of 7% in 30 days. F.D gives same in 365 days.
** We have sold 7400 put, Nifty Spot is now at 8140 levels so even if NIFTY FALL by 700 put I still make full profits.
** CMP of 7400 PUT is 13.50 already superb gains :-)
** If I can just do 8 to 10 trades like this in a year I get a return of 50 to 70% - I will easily beat all other ASSET CLASS. (Mutual Funds, Real Estate, Bank F.D etc.)
** I need not do any other trades this month and best part is even if nifty falls by 700 I make money.
** I will not Take tension like a Intraday trader who does 1-3 trades daily and still end the series in NEGATIVE.
** The More I trade the more mistakes I make the lesser the more Accurate I am.
** I need not track the markets daily I shall be interested only when NIFTY goes below 7400 levels...
** I will let this 7400 option expired worthless on expiry day and I need not even put sell order - I save brokerage..he he !
